⮚ Develop the BIM models and all deliverables based on the information and data collected. This involves keeping the BIM models up-to-date and ensuring that all of the data is accurate and consistent.

⮚ Report any clash/conflict or difficulties in BIM models’ production and resolve such difficulties with relevant parties.

⮚ Coordinate all parties including but not limited to

different design disciplines, Subcontractors,

Specialist Subcontractors, Specialist Contractors,

Suppliers, Government Departments and utility undertakings and collect suitable information and data from them

⮚ Create, manage, develop and update the BIM

models to all deliverables for the construction works

⮚ Ensure the updated BIM models are coordinated and always kept ahead of the site construction to enhance the project delivery process through BIM adoption

⮚ BIM Presentation, Clash Reports, Model Coordination, and Modelling

⮚ Preparation and Drafting for proposed construction Drawings/shop drawings and as-built drawings for submission to Consultants

⮚ Ensure on-time completion of required drawings

⮚ Assist Project Manager and Design Engineers in Detail drawings and various submissions

⮚ Revised drawing based on Consultants comments

⮚ Updating drawings as per latest changes and it required, going site check and coordinate

⮚ Maintaining updated records of any latest drawings

⮚ Preparation of customized reports as per requirements

⮚ BIM Presentation, Clash Reports, Model Coordination, and Modelling

⮚ Manage Construction Drawings

⮚ Preparation of Weekly Report and other reports for Meeting

⮚ Ensures on-time completion of required drawings

⮚ Revise drawing based on Consultants comments

⮚ Coordinate the necessary drawings and issue the necessary data for construction

⮚ Overall monitoring the whole site area for quality control and quality assurance

⮚ Rectify defects notifications and closing NCR with corrective actions

⮚ Coordinate with the subcontractors to ensure that communications exist and are maintained

⮚ Handover to other contractors and client

⮚ Prepare RIN,RFI,RFA, MS
