• Assigned to SIT Campus Plot 1 Project.
• Engineer In-Charge of Block W1 (11 stories) and W2 (Land/Link Bridge) and established all electrical works and installation such as PA & ELV system, IT system, Lightning Protection System (LPS), Card Access and CCTV (Security) system, Lighting and Power.
• Responsible for designing single-line diagrams and calculating load tabulation.
• Performing site inspection of ongoing construction projects to maintain quality standards, minimize delay and risk and advise effective routing for value engineering and cost savings
• At pre-construction stage, using Navisworks software to assess and coordinate diverse systems, as well as resolve space sequence and other functional clashes, to ensure no errors are made during construction.
• Reviewed contractor proposals and sets of drawings prepared by firms to identify missing information, generate questions, and align budgets.
• Monitored installation of materials and equipment for compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Contributed to successful project completion by managing subcontractors and coordinating their activities effectively.

Handling tender projects such as

• Enhanced team collaboration by providing clear communication and presenting detailed project updates.
• Used Microsoft Words to prepare contracts, budgets, bills of quantities, schedule of rates (SOR) and schedule of technical data (SOTD)
• Enhanced rating accuracy by consistently reviewing and updating guidelines and resources of the cost

• Support by gathering data on materials, labor and equipment costs to determine total costs of projects.
