With more than 10 years of sales and management experience and operation skills in establishing and maintaining connection with customers, especially for those sports and exercising related customers. Customer service, communicating skills, special promotion and benefits for members, accordingly products recommendation, compliments, professional feedback and suggestions are my main useful tools to achieve my sales and operating targets. Proficient in handling customers' complaints, inquiries and addressing concerns with outstanding leadership, organizational, and communication skills as a team leader. Accumulated hundreds of sports related customers resource during the past 6 years of working experience in Puma, which is one of the biggest sports companies.

I started to study and train myself in Bruce Fitness from 2018, a lof of gym related experience in physical fitness, wellness, nutrition, rehabilitation training enriched. Continuously in 2022 I attend the AASFP training and obtained the qualification of Professional Fitness Trainer Certification.

With those related experience and skills, I am willing to apply the Fitness Trainer and Gym operation consultant position of Bruce Fitness, I am longing to grow with Bruce Fitness and confident in making contribution to your company with my experience and capable skills.
