Raise Incident Report when necessary

Ensure proper hand-over procedures after each shift
Submit all attendance sheets and forms to Coordinators after the screening
Report to and maintain contact with the Coordinators
Adhere to infection control protocols
Adhere to professional and service standards and conduct in performing tasks

• Provide travel history forms for patients
• Assist members of the public (MOP) in filling out the form
• Escort patient
• Temperature screening / taking (contactless thermometer) if required
• Assist in handling fever cases
• Assist in administrative duties
• Adhere to all infection control standards
• Adhere to all service standards and proper conduct in performing tasks
