Familiar with Flange Management equipment such as
Hydraulic Torque wrench and Bolt-Tensioning Service, Nut Splitter, Flange Spreader, Hand torque. Performs onsite bolting, torque and hydraulic torque services on various bolted applications such as flanges, compressor. Inspection on Flanges, gasket, bolt and nut. Troubleshoots onsite bolting equipment and determines proper bolting methods to meet customer needs and specific applications.
Assisted technicians in set-up/tear down of equipment. perform routine and preventive maintenance tasks, calibrations and overall

• Commissioning mechanical supervisor: SEP 2022 – APR 2023 • Preservation works onboard vessel
• Refilling oil feed pump, seawater pump, sea water propeller pump, compressor pump

• Covering system to preserve
• Applying moly grease on systems
• Overseeing chill water system
• Overseeing seawater and fresh water pump
• Overseeing MGPS
• SMCC linewalk with owner bow area / aft area / topside for handing over
• Manning operations in ECR
• Starting up boiler operation
• Overseeing systems regarding boiler system – vacuum pump, electric feed water pump, feed water pump, condenser, FD fan, sealing fan, filling tank
• Checking parameters and vibrations for electric feed water pump
• Overseeing instrument air compressor / dryer and receiver
• Overseeing hydraulic power unit
• Overseeing LSDO pump

• BOP cleaning up of ram and removing of bonnet • Preservation works onboard oil rig
• Cleaning up of cavity
• Installing of ram and shear of BOP

• Torque bonnet bolts
