  • Subsidiary Under Global Edu-Hub Pte Ltd), with my experience as a leader in the early childhood sector for many years, I joined Nascans as a Cluster Manager in Dec 2015.
  • I started off managing a school-based student care centre to get myself familiarise and understand more about the operational functions in a student care centre.
  • In April 2016, I managed to train up a successor to take over my student care centre while I stepped up in taking another 3 more centres, which in total 4 centres then.
  • My role will include the different centre auditing of their environment, administration, operational requirements and staff counselling if my centre managers could not handle them.
  • I have to also have regular meeting with the primary school HOD, vice-principal and Principals in discussion of how the student care can support the school better.
  • Establishing a positive and good working rapport with the school management is my responsibility as a cluster.
  • I also mentor and guide my centre manager to run the student care in operational and staff management leadership.
  • Regular meeting in the headquarters, bringing and cascading the latest regulations, SOPs and HQ workflow to my centre managers are also part of my job scope too.
  • As a cluster manager, I conduct regular cluster meeting with my team of centre managers in planning any upcoming activities and to review past events together.
  • In Aug 2016, I took on another 4 student care centres and in Jan 2017, I had another new centre and all in total I have to manage 9 centres.
