Responsible for commercial and financial aspects within the department which includes sales, financial analysis, project account management, procurement support, contract staff hiring support, administration and others. Position which required to closely interact with the customers, department manager, project managers, procurement and business analyst/finance management team.

  • Facilitate invoicing and payment related matters upon project and services completion
  • Lead in planning of monthly project closeouts and manage committed costs
  • Maintain documentation in the network system, control access and maintain confidentiality of commercial documents
  • Lead role of internal procurement support such as purchase order requisitions, purchase order management and perform store-receiving in the system for the entire department; and apply costs into project module for those non-inventory and inventory purchases using Oracle operating system and Epic powered by Coupa system
  • Maintain metrics to keep an effective tracking system of purchase requisitions and orders and monitor timely issuance of purchase orders
  • Provide support in planning and to execute in hiring of contract staff including budget allocation, arrange and manage onboarding matters of new hires, identify compulsory trainings and certifications to be obtained by candidate
  • Handle contract extension, cessation, termination and offboarding matters of contract staffs
