  • Top Glove, Recycle system of coagulant and cleaning agents by replacing existing filter and SS diaphragm pumps with Titanium (alkaline) filtration, industrial filters (coagulant & acid) and PP anti corrosive pumps., Managed to do proper filtration system for both coagulant and cleaning agent to prevent discharge to IETS and reduce CPC., New Product Mass Trial Run in Collaboration with Research (R&D) Team to replace existing chemicals and revise chemical formulations. (Cost Saving), Modified the constraint that faced in Block A and improved the facility at new chemical Block B., Own DIY (surfactant based alkaline) study to reduce 40% CPC and former corrosion., Collaboration with M&E in to achieve 75% automation for cleaning agent system by addition of sensors., Ammonia chemical and Centralized auto top-up silicone system into post rinsing tank for better glove stripping to reduce manpower dependency and mishandling of hazardous chemicals., Conducted a study on Coagulant Stirrer Speed & Blade design for better dispersions and improve stirring in Coagulant Dipping Tank., Completed Improvement Study on Gel Slip in manufacturing process to solve latex.
  • Samsung SDI Energy Malaysia, In charge of new model for cathode for EV model from Electrode to Winding, Assembly and Formation for Lifecycle, Capacity, IR OCV defect improvement and achieve zero cell burn., Cost Saving of 100,000 USD by reduce cathode width which eventually reduce CS slurry loss., Installation of Expander roller at Coater machine to replace existing Roll to reduce foil folding and coating defects., Yokogawa densimeter Auto calibration project and EPC Sensor installation for foil centring for better coating performance., Replace existing single flat type cavity coating die to double cavity crown die type to reduce gelation inside die and high L/L edge improvement., Replace existing PL pump to TPL pump which improve centrifugal force, pump RPM for better coating performance.
