Responsibilities

• Assisting Project Manager in Preparation and Submission of Tender for New Projects.
• Preparation and Submission of all relevant documents for the Project as per client Requirements after the detailed review of Project Plan, design and specifications.
• Preparing the Materials BOQ based on Client drawing and after the site walk.
• Raising the PR to Purchaser Once Got approval of Required Materials Brand after submitting Catalogue and Technical Specifications to the Client.
• Reviewing the Project schedule and commitments made based on Materials lead delivery time
• Closely Monitor the Progress of schedule, Immediate action to be taken to meet the schedule
• Eradication of all the factors that affects the Project schedule such as Material delivery delay, Manpower shortage, Mechanical tools and equipment’s shortage, Welding Machines Malfunction etc.
• Attending Review meeting with client frequently and immediate response to any complaints.
• Maintaining daily report, Weekly report, Monthly report, Final completion report ,Project costing.
• Submission of Isometric drawings –Manual hand sketch or CAD as per clients requirement.
• Responsible for the Claim submission after installation, Testing and line walk done.
• Submission of Proposal drawing for the additional jobs to get approval.

Role: Planning daily load schedule, Work Order Management, Customer Support, Cost Monitoring

Responsibilities:
 Collecting the drawings for Cutting process from CAD department.
 Colleting the nesting diagram for the relevant drawing from production department.
 Preparing the work order by referring both nesting diagram and CAD drawings.
 Preparation of work order is done by mentioning Material Specification, Processing time, Raw Material Location, Delivery date etc.
 Inspecting the first part whether it has taken as per allotted time indicated on the BOM.
 Monitoring the work throughout to get it completed within delivery time.
 Necessary step are to be taken to get the work order completed as per delivery schedule.
 Reporting the status to the customer and answering to the customer enquiry.
 Closing and Filing the work order after completion.
 Preparing the costing report, comparing the cost effectiveness and reporting to the Admin.
Achievements:
 Reduced the pending of work Order by proper and consecutive monitoring.
 Time Study has been made to complete the work order within the scheduled time.
 Achieved On Time Delivery target of 95% through work order management.
 Achieved Customer Satisfaction by On Time Delivery and Scheduling.

Role: Line In charge Of Sun Visor Assembly Line.

Responsibilities:
 Ensuring 3C & 5S principles following on the assembly line.
 Manpower allocation and allotment of work to labors.
 Material management as per the required plan.
 Ensuring immediate recovery over any fault occurring on the line.
 Stock management of the finished goods and feeding the stock records to the system.
 Communicating with our department at all sorts of work.
 Maintaining hourly production sheets at the end of the shift.
 Handling of rework jobs within the end of the shift.
 Segregating all the rejection jobs for further reference.
Achievements:
 Reduced the rejection jobs frequency by further study over jobs.
 Made detailed view to increase UPH through line balancing process.
 Reduced the breakdown of machines by maintaining daily maintenance check sheet.
 Maintained the stock in customer end to regulate line shortage and line stop.
