PROJECT: Contract ER 441 - Design and Construction of Covered Linkway Connecting to 35 MRT Stations (Walk2Ride Programme) with contract value of SGD 76 millions.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review & study project drawings for tendering and execution of works.
• Prepare work schedule as per site conditions & progress tracking in MS Project.
• Preparation of Method Statement and develop a Risk Management Implementation Plan.
• Prepare progress report for a weekly & monthly basis.
• Prepare daily program report in advance and execute each activity accordingly.
• Execute as per approved drawings & closely monitor all the quality related matters.
• Liaise and coordinate with authorities such as NParks, PUB, NEA, BCA and DBC to ensure all activities carried according to Singapore regulations.
• Liaise with licensed cable detection worker for detecting underground services and obtain Notice for Commencement of Earthwork (NCE) from SG Powergrid, Powergas and Telecom.
• Liaise with registered land surveyor to get project base point and survey points.
• Liaise and coordinate with sub-con and M&E to carry out the works as per schedule.
• Obtain necessary permits before commencement of work.
• Conduct a weekly site meeting and highlight the bottlenecks & suggest remedial measures for it.
• Preparation of job cost report & progressive payment claim.
• Consumption statement preparation, Material Reconciliation, Labour Mobilization.
• Highlighting the critical areas having site constraints to design team to change the design.
• Conducting site measurements with client team for the monthly progress claim.
• After completion of project obtaining CSC & necessary TOP from all parties.
• Submitting report to top management regarding performance of juniors and supervisors during their appraisals.
  
  

PROJECT : Contract C9095 - Construction of Covered Linkway to Downtown line 3 (DTL3) and Tuas West Extensions (TWE) stations with contract value of 40millions SGD.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review & study Project drawings for tendering and execution of works.
• Prepare work schedule as per site conditions & progress tracking in MS Project.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress report for clients.
• Prepare Method Statement, Risk Mitigation Plan and other necessary permits prior to work commences.
• Liaise and coordinate with sub-con and other government bodies to carry out the work smoothly.
• Closely monitor all the quality related matters and conduct inspection along with client team & QPS team.
• After completion of project, involved in obtaining CSC, COI & TOP from all government parties.
  

PROJECT 1 : Contract ER 296- Construction of Sentosa Gateway Tunnel & Associated Road Widening Works along Lower Delta Road.

• Contract value : SGD 133,300,000.00
• Experience : From 1st Jul 2013 to 19th Jan 2014
• Experienced in contiguous bored pile & micro pile, construction of pipe-box tunnel, strutting works and road works.

PROJECT 2 : Contract RP 268SE - Term contract Ad hoc repairs and upgrading of roads, road related facilities and road structures in South- East Sector (LTA Project)

• Contract value : SGD 15,567,908.44
• Experience : From 21st Jan 2014 to 23rd Jan 2016
• Experienced in construction of different kind of roads, footpaths, and drains.

PROJECT 3 : Contract TR 211: Term contract for road related facilities, road structures & road safety schemes in West Sector (LTA Project)

• Contract value : SGD 17,500,000.00
• Experience : From 24th Jan 2016 to 18th Nov 2016
• Experienced in construction of different kind of roads, footpaths, and drains.

PROJECT : CTS KITS Project, Chennai

• Contract value : SGD 925 Millions
• Experienced in planning, scheduling and tracking of project using software like Primavera P6 & MS project.

PROJECT : Purvankara Residential Project, Chennai.

• Contract value : SGD 5 Million
• Experienced in Precast structural works, Post tension structural works, RC columns, RC walls, Brick wall and Block works.
