• Knowledge in SMT process and Back end process.

• Prepare the IQ, OQ, PQ, VCR Report and all associated validation documents, review with the process Owner and route for approval

• Maintain the Master Validation Plan (MVP) and Master Validation Report (MVR)

• Assist to test Engineers to do Test Validation (IQ, OQ & PQ for Medical and Non-Medical Projects.

• Perform Failure analysis on Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) product failure and update to Customers by CITRIX Systems
• Reduce the error code in customer end and Provide Service & Support for any problem under time line condition
• Carry out periodic preventive maintenance, trouble shooting and keep good performance of equipment station
• Perform preventive maintenance on all equipment’s in a timely manner
• Carry out training of new product & equipment for production operator
• Support equipment activities in the production area
• To comply with safety and health regulations at all times

• Maintains all testing Equipment doing calibration Before Due date & Maintain checklist and doing 5'severy day
• Preparing the rework Debug Documents for all kind of defects to guide the technicians
• Creating and releasing the Work instructions for Process, Test, Assembly, box build and Packing
• Visual inspection and AOI (Automated Optical inspection) as per IPC 610 D standard
• Reduce the WIP Inventory in analyzing repair area by debugging aging PCBA's
• To improve the company profits by reducing rework scrap
• Giving support to the SMT lines, pick place machines, AOI, printers paste, reflow ovens, paste inspection
• Optimization and balancing of lines for improved cycle times
• Creating common setups for the optimization and change over
• Co-ordinate with Quality Control Checking
