As an HR intern at Commonwealth Capital, I contributed to various impactful projects and tasks. I crafted the year-end message on behalf of the General Managing Director, ensuring a tone that resonated with employees and reflected the company’s values. I also undertook graphic design responsibilities, creating visually engaging materials to support internal communications. My role included data management, where I identified and resolved inconsistencies in Excel spreadsheets to ensure accurate and reliable records. I conducted research and prepared detailed reports on potential HR awards the company could pursue, including actionable steps to improve their eligibility and competitiveness. Additionally, I gained hands-on experience in recruitment by directly engaging with job applicants, enhancing my understanding of talent acquisition processes.
