• Served as the 3D Technical Lead in communicating and collaborating with leading brands to understand their Seasonal Design Requirements and to provide Innovative & Sustainable 3D solutions for Calvin Klein, Lane Bryant Intimates & Victoria's Secrets
• Collaborating with Design, Marketing and Technical teams to create accurate virtual samples to replicate and/or replace physical samples in Lingerie by utilising two 3D Software's - Clo 3D and Browzwear 3D
• Reduced lead times for brands from 17 weeks of Physical sampling to 12 weeks via virtual sampling
• Provided a Cost Benefit of $16,000 via the introduction of virtual sampling for FY21/22 and initiated a sustainable solution to brands in terms of reduced batch dying, fabric waste, carbon emissions

• Involved in executing the product development process, from initial market research to trend / colour analysis, concept building, sketching/creating CAD's, raw material identification / sourcing, garment fit/construction, over all sample development and brand strategy for lingerie brands -: NEXT, LIDL, Amazon, Marks & Spencer, Aerie, Jockey, Puma.
• Served as a Design Lead in creating and presenting new seasonal product launches to customers through effective product & market analysis generating a revenue of $6 Million in sales for European and US brands from FY/2018 to FY/2022.
• Coordinated and collaborated with the Cross Functional Teams and External Suppliers to develop production feasible designs within the target cost and meeting development timelines
• Liaised closely with the Technical team on patterns, styling and fits and collaborated closely with, the Head of Innovation on new R&D concepts,

innovative bonding techniques and solutions.

• Handled the creation of style files/ BOM's with PD merchants and initiated tech pack handover meetings while liaising closely with the Technical Team on patterns, styling and fits.
