• Working in JV as the Module manager for 4 modules, namely:

TS091 (Water Injection module)

TS061 (Sea water treatment module),

TS004 (Separation module 4)

TS152 (Laydown Main 2 Module)

• Responsible for the execution and management of the overall work in above modules including Integration works, COW Job cards, MOC’s, ITR, PL completion, N2-He Testing and commissioning activities.
• Weekly progress updates, client meetings and reporting critical path activities to PMT and ExxonMobil which might become a showstopper in the QSD of the FPSO.
• Commercial settlements and discussions as part of MOC’s within JV.
• Monitoring worksite construction to coordinate with supervisors and guide projects.
• Identified potential risks early in the process for the GRE scope of work allowing proactive mitigation measures to prevent delays or setbacks.

Yellowtail FPSO Project, ONE GUYANA

• Responsible for all the engineering, procurement, construction and MC/PCC activities in the 2 mega modules TS061 and TS091 (Seawater treatment and Water injection module)
• TS061 weighing 2800 tones and TS091 weighing 3040 Tones
• Weekly Progress updates / Critical Issues discussion with ExxonMobil and PMT team
• Module Progress and Status update in monthly Sponsors meeting
• Overall Material (Piping, Valves, Fittings, Cable, Instruments, JB's) expediting with JV PMT team
• Modules cover more than 5000 spools having around 110,000 Dia inches (Shop and Field)
• 65km of cable pulling achieved with more than 3000 cable terminations and glanding
• More than 8000 ITR completed with 80 subsystems MC walkdowns
• Normal and emergency lighting, LCP, RIO and JB Energized during the construction phase
• TS091 super lift worth 1200 Tones achieved for the first time at QMW yard
• Coordinating the HYCS super critical piping and achieving the successful testing and reinstatement
• SRP and SWRO tubes alignment with 1 mm tolerance achieved in TS061

Yellowtail FPSO Project, ONE GUYANA

• Responsible for the overall design coordination of all disciplines for Topsides, Vessels and Moorings
• Chairing and running the 60% and 90% client model reviews in Bangalore, India
• Resolution of the model review tags and weekly progress updates with ExxonMobil.
• Engineering progress for the 3D model activities for all disciplines
• Coordinating and resolving the multidiscipline design issues
• Conducted regular progress meetings with stakeholders, keeping them informed and involved in the decision-making process.

Yellowtail FPSO Project, ONE GUYANA

• Section Lead piping for the FPSO in Guyana, South America
• Coordinating a team of piping designers, Stress Engineers for the piping design, stress and material activities
• Leading the 30% client model review for all the modules
• Coordination with Veolia (Subcontractor) for the design interfaces for the Sea water treatment module
• Business trips to subcontractor and checking their design in terms of progress and technical design reviews
• Mopex with Chennai office, India for the progress and weekly design reviews
• Man-power planning for the design team in home office and the Mopex office

• Studying and designing complex piping systems on E3D

• Took up the key lead roles such as MPP (Manpower planning), scheduling, progress and planning activities
