• To assist the Construction Manager to conduct kick-off, pre-project/project meetings to ensure team members is clear on the objectives, deliverable, quality, lead time, and safety requirements, construction and complexities; that out detailed projection execution and contingency plan if any.
• Together with execution team prepare construction documents MSRA, JSA,RA to specify the detailed work step required for specific task in construction site.
• Calculate and report the usage of resources, such as labor hours, material and tools, and other costs to make comparison with budgets and report prognosis to Construction Manager and Project Client.
• Assist in resolving engineering issues at site, coordinating with the respective engineering support. Deal with client on the engineering issues and attend immediately to settle within the given time frame of the construction schedule.
• Lead of site coordination ensuring the project progress as per provided scheduling and planning, monitoring and execute the plan on resources for construction using Primavera P6.
• Prepare quotation for clients with budget planning for additional work scope

• Lead biomass thermal oil heater/boiler operation including in house maintenance team lead, to carry out daily site routine monitoring and troubleshoot issues.

• Project team lead at boiler department including proposal, execution and commissioning of thermal oil heaters/boilers.
• Scheduling of planned downtime of boilers and certification renewal with government subsidiaries.
• Biomass lead caretaker for boiler combustion, including projection, procurement and stock count of biomass.
