Project: NParks (National Park Singapore)

NParks Singapore is part of Singapore ministry of National development responsible for enhancing and managing urban ecosystem of city. NParks system is responsible for processing application from end user by internal members and issuing certified licenses. As CRM technical lead, I am responsible for understanding product backlogs and designing system, ensuring fulfilling of requirement in efficient way. Leading team of 4 developers to implement and customize system for more than 20 modules using Agile methodology.

Role and Responsibilities

• Understanding product backlogs and design features to inbuilt in D365 App.
• Mentoring team as Team lead to accomplish allocated User stories by following best approach and coding standard.
• Supervising and responsible for maintaining all CRM environments from DEV to PROD, handling roles, apps and system configurations.
• Handling solutions and managing deployments across all environments.
• Developed multiple SSRS projects for reports, configured Model driven app from scratch, Custom pages, Plugins, Microsoft flows and relevant CRM components.
• Designed Data migration templates to receive data in form of excel from another source and created SSRS packages to map it with CRM for successful migration.
• Responsible for end-to-end module deliveries of more than 20 modules with migrated data.

Project: 3M (Acorn)

Acorn was part of 3M to manage and handle material related requirement and request based on different regions of Organization by keeping track of all records and assets using CRM customer engagement module

Role and Responsibilities

• Requirement analysis and user stories creation on Azure DevOps.
• Mentoring team as Team lead to accomplish allocated task and user stories within timelines.
• Handling multiple Integrations which includes integrating third party WEB APIs to CRM system, Azure logic apps integration, Azure function app integrations.
• Responsible for deployments and maintaining environment sync with continuous fixes.
• Implemented various Power automated flows, Azure functions and logic apps as per requirement.

Project: Brent (London Borough)
Brent is Real estate property portal running across United Kingdom which includes Housing management ability and functionality to book rented properties Module on which worked as Senior Software Developer to handle Portal and Integrations.

Role and Responsibilities

• Worked on creating and managing CRM systems throughout project lifecycle and ensuring project advances as per determined standards.
• Created several custom workflows, scripts, plugins and CRM components.
• Worked on creating user interfaces to achieve enhanced performance using jQuery, JSON and JavaScript.
• Worked on consuming third party WCF services to perform payment transactions and handled from user interfaces.
• Worked on Web API which calls third party service for appointment booking and stores result into CRM.
• Performed Data migrations using console application and data import features.

Project: WWLP (Worldwide licensing program)
WWLP was based on CRM online system used for tracking licenses delivered by Microsoft. Worked as developer in Business Desk and High-Risk
discounting deal module to keep tracking of request raised by Microsoft users for their consumers.
Role and Responsibilities

• Implemented assigned user stories into working functionality.
• Created workflows, scripts and plugins as per system requirements.
• Worked on Azure logic apps and Microsoft Flows to integrate with Dynamic 365.
• Created web pages and web controls on Custom Portals.

Project: eLogistics (Otis)
Web based application based on Sales and Supply Chain Management, designed to decrease Otis sales cycle time, improve order quality, increase productivity, and reduce costs.

Role and Responsibilities

• Worked on creating web applications and features using jQuery, JSON, JavaScript, and CSS were used.
• Created various database scripts (SQL) which were used to fetch data from business portal into Database and also to populate data from Database to Business portal.
• Created stored procedures and functions on SQL to populate dynamic data in realtime.
• Handled production technical issues effectively by debugging scripts at Application level and Database level.
