Providing accounting support to the Finance Manager using XERO software, process suppliers' invoices and payments including staff claims. Responsible for day to day accounts receivable duties including cash flow management. Perform reconciliations and verify accuracy of AP payment, claims, commissions, petty cash reimbursements and revenues. Create weekly and monthly cashflow statement and the individual running projects P&L.
Providing admin support to the operations, HR and marketing. Filing of documents/letters, calculation of commission, handle administrative work and extract figures for marketing report.
Provide telemarketing service to bring in leads to the showroom, making appointment, follow-up with the progress, send reminders and marked on calendars. Worked closely with the Architects, Business Developer, Sales Dept and Designers and conduct weekly sales meeting.
