As a key member of global account team, I was responsible for steering strategy to achieve business objectives (average over USD 300M a year). Within the first 6 months I bridged gap for CxO engagement and had been conduit for communications regarding business continuity foreseeing the trade restrictions. Year 2019 saw huge turmoil in business due to market dynamics in India and international trade impacts due to economic interests of various players. I managed customer’s confidence in Huawei and prevented business impact. Starting year 2020, I had been responsibilities to manage pan Africa commercials and own Datacenter & Site energy portfolio. Apart from closing RAN rollout deal of $125 M deal for Tanzania, I developed relationships with Indus Tower board and engaged with Airtel to build pipeline for Green Energy (Data Center & Site Energy) portfolio.

As the owner of the account, I was responsible sales, revenue and collection targets that I consistently achieved across three years (average over USD 250M a year). Year 2016 registered 23 % growth in sales. After winning the Managed Services business pan Indonesia in 2016, we were awarded LTE rollout for over 8000 sites worth USD 80M. The deployment was completed across Indonesia in one month. Largest EPC NFV (200GB) was sold and delivered. Two mega projects spanning across 7 years were closed and special financial terms reinitiated amounting to nearly 1.3B USD
Key Achievements
In an executive role within Managed Services business unit, I was accountable for delivering capability for the new line of business within Huawei Corporation. I lead due diligence and solution sales for the project that had significant strategic value to the business. I lead transformation solution development and bidding for Managed services deal valued over 250M USD, that we won from incumbent provider. I also lead solution sales and delivery of VAS transformation in Indonesia values over 50M USD. The project was foundation for the Digital Transformation.
