Completed my part time degree in Accountancy & Finance while working as an Accounts Assistant. Currently seeking new challenges to further develop my potential.
· Handling of full set accounts-including data entry of accounts transactions, generation of financial reports and schedules time to time etc.
· AR(Receipt)/ AP (Trade and non-trade payments)
· General Ledger (Preparation of monthly journal vouchers);
· Preparation of monthly cashflow projection
· Preparation of monthly Management Report.
· Preparation of bank reconciliation;
· Preparation of yearly budget
· Reconciliation of intercompany schedules
· Maintaining of Fixed Assets listing and computation of monthly depreciation.
· Preparation of schedules and liaison with tax agents on corporate tax
· Preparation and submission of GST Return
· Liaise with Corporate Secretary on all matters arises.
· Handle inventory costing and perform stock take - to reconcile and ensure accounting records are tallied
· Preparation of audit schedules and liaise with external auditors on audit work and stock count;
· Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures
· Preparation of additional analyses and reports as requested by management
· Collaboration with all departments
· Perform and assistance the management on any other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time
