• Served as M&E Lead Consultant and independently attended weekly site progress, technical and client meetings to resolve issues and fulfill client requirements.

• Support the project as an electrical engineer.
• Communicate effectively with the client, main contractor, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues or any ad hoc matters.
• Liaise with PUB, SCDF & TFCC and coordinated with main contractor on code compliances for site execution works and worked towards authority inspection timeline.
• Review shopdrawings not withstanding electrical and also mechanical services prepared by contractors to ensure full compliance to project specification and relevant authority requirement prior to installation works.
• Liaised with the mobile networks operators (Starhub, Singtel, M1 and SIMBA) to ensure their services were coordinated with the theming works while meet their mobile coverage requirement for the entire themepark.

• Assist in coordination of quality assurance and commissioning of designs with Architects and C&S engineers.
• Presented Mechanical & Electrical conceptual design to HDB technical managers prior to detailed design for tender issuance.
• Liaise with authorities and prepare for authorities submissions such as SP group, PUB, TFCC, LTA, SCDF.
