Adept at problem-solving and teamwork, I excelled at PSA Group by upgrading over 2,000 devices to Windows 11, enhancing operational efficiency. My adaptability and computer skills ensure seamless transitions in dynamic environments, while my proactive approach fosters collaboration and innovation.
During my IT Support internship at PSA, I worked closely with users across the company to help upgrade over 2,000 laptops and desktops from Windows 10 to Windows 11, ahead of the official end-of-support in October 2025. Each day, I liaised with different teams to coordinate upgrade schedules and ensure everything ran smoothly. I also helped troubleshoot day-to-day IT issues, whether it was a slow laptop, a software glitch, or a network problem. On top of that, I assisted with setting up and cloning new machines so users could get started with minimal downtime. It was a hands-on, people-focused role that taught me how to manage both technical tasks and real-world communication.
Back in 2022, I joined Chateraise through the FastJobs app out of financial necessity. Initially, I found it challenging and considered quitting, but I chose to persevere. Over time, I grew to enjoy the role and built meaningful connections with both colleagues and loyal customers. The experience helped me develop stronger communication skills, taught me how to remain calm under pressure, and improved my attitude and professionalism when engaging with customers.
At SATS, my role involved rotating between different food preparation stations to help prepare and pack meals for international flights departing from Singapore. Using sample menu photos, we identified the correct ingredients and portions required for each flight. Once all necessary items were gathered, we worked in teams to pack the meals accurately and load them into airline meal carts, ensuring everything was ready for timely departure. This role required attention to detail, teamwork, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
This was my first internship, and I was initially very nervous. Fortunately, a few classmates were placed with me, which made the experience less overwhelming in the beginning. During the first two and a half months, we were deployed to major companies such as POKKA to assist in dismantling and relocating their IT equipment to new office spaces. The work was physically demanding and mentally exhausting, but it pushed me to reflect on my goals and what I hoped to gain from the internship.
After experiencing both high and low points, I was eventually sent to MapleTree, where I felt I gained far more meaningful experience. Unlike my time at the JK Technology office—where the tasks became repetitive—my time at MapleTree involved diverse challenges. I learned valuable problem-solving skills from my onsite engineer and had the opportunity to grow both technically and professionally.
I worked as an usher at the Tampines East Vaccination Centre, where I guided visitors through the vaccination process and ensured everything ran smoothly. My role involved directing people to the correct stations, answering basic questions, and helping them register for their appointment. I also provided assistance to elderly individuals or those who needed extra support. It was a fast-paced environment that required clear communication, patience, and a calm presence—especially during peak hours when the centre was crowded. The experience taught me how to manage crowds, stay organized, and provide a reassuring and helpful presence to the public.
In this role, I worked in a warehouse environment using a voice-pick system that guided me to the exact locations of items needed for customer orders. My job was to pick the correct products quickly and accurately, ensuring each order was ready for packing and delivery. It was a fast-paced setting where efficiency and attention to detail were essential. Through this experience, I became confident in following precise instructions, managing time well, and staying focused under pressure.
In this role, I used a voice-pick system to fulfill customer orders efficiently. The system would direct me to specific item locations within the warehouse, where I would pick the required products for each order. Accuracy and speed were key, as I had to ensure the correct items were picked and prepared for packing or shipment. This experience helped me develop strong attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions precisely, and work efficiently in a fast-paced, logistics-driven environment.

I’ve always loved being outdoors, and cycling and hiking have become a big part of my life. So far, I’ve clocked over 2,200 kilometers on the bike — with 374 km just in 2025 alone. Whenever I have free time, I enjoy walking around the city just to explore new places, hidden paths, or interesting neighbourhoods. I also love going on hikes with friends at spots like MacRitchie Reservoir, Bukit Timah Hill, and the Southern Ridges. These activities help me stay active, clear my mind, and challenge myself physically, while also giving me a chance to connect with others and enjoy the world around me.
I’m someone who learns best by doing, and I enjoy stepping into new situations where I can figure things out, help others, and grow along the way. Whether it’s working under pressure or solving everyday tech problems, I try to bring a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Outside of work, I love cycling, hiking, and exploring new places — it keeps me curious, active, and balanced. I appreciate team environments where people support each other, and I’m always open to learning something new or taking on a challenge.
