• Creation of Monthly Asset Performance report which consists of performance analysis and tracking of all existing Securitisation deals and assets in our portfolio.
• Creation and updating of different asset reports for risk management purposes, such as bond price monitoring reports.
• Support deal closing/execution by reviewing term sheets to ensure no discrepancies in allocation amounts, rates used and all other details relating to all new deals closed.
• Creation and updating of funding sheets for all new and existing Securitisation deals, which tracks note and loan payment amounts, payment dates, rates used and other performance metrics.
• Rate fixing and calculation of expected principal repayments and interest due for new and existing assets
• Collaborated and communicated with cross-functional teams such as Treasury, credit & risk teams, Back-office and Paying agents to process post deal processes.
• Make/check loan disbursement and rollover instructions to ensure that our back office team is aware of any upcoming principal repayment/interest payments for our existing assets.
• Plan, coordinate and manage operational procedures for any new transactions or products.

-Currently in an international BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) team, where we work with our main South east asian clients : Investment firm/hedgefund

-Performed and reported daily calculations of our client's cash and balance positions for the different FX currencies in the funds that we manage

-As the only person in the Singapore team/department, I have solely managed our client's middle office operations, specifically for FX & Fixed Income trades in the Singapore time zone.

-Successfully resolved trade related disputes such as data discrepancies or system related issues/discrepancies in our main trade confirmation systems : Traiana and CTM

-Worked with traders, prime brokers and counterparties to ensure trades are being processed and confirmed accurately before settlement

-Conducted daily end of day client reporting regarding all unresolved/pending trade related issues

-Booking of exotic option trades on our platform
