• A single-storey detached house at 2 Joan Road, Singapore - Project lead architect and assistant to the principal architect from the start to end of construction.
• A 2-storey detached house at 1 Mount Sinai Road, Singapore - Project lead architect and assistant to the principal architect from the start to end of construction.
• 2 units of 3-storey corner terrace house and 1 unit of intermediate terrace house at 31G Jalan Hock Chye, Singapore - Project lead architect and assistant to the principal architect from the start to end of construction.
• 2 units of 3-storey corner terrace house and 1 unit of intermediate terrace house at 8 Jalan Singa, Singapore - Project lead architect and assistant to the principal architect from the start to end of construction.
• A pair of 3-storey semi-detached house at 2 Mariam Close, Singapore - Project lead architect in the design and planning stage of the project.
• 1 pair of a 2-storey semi-detached house at 91 Braemar Drive, Singapore - Project lead architect and assistant to the principal architect from the middle stage to end of construction.
• Additions & alterations to existing 3-storey semi-detached house at 12 Springleaf Walk - Project lead architect and assistant to the principal architect from the start of the project (on-going)
• Additions & alterations to existing clubhouse involving a new erection of a new single-storey buggy station with tennis court at roof terrace and new single-storey beer garden at 240 Sime road, Singapore for Keppel club. - In-charge of the design and project coordination of the new single-storey buggy station with tennis court at roof terrace and other design-related matters at the existing clubhouse from the middle to the end stage of the project.
• An interior design project on a condominium residential unit at The Palette at 111 Pasir Ris Groove, Singapore - Lead designer and project management from the start to the end of the project

• 1-storey Bungalow house at Santiago Concepcion, Tarlac Philippines (2020-2021)
• 1-storey Commercial stand-alone meat shop at Concepcion, Tarlac Philippines (2020-2021)
• 2-storey Detached house at San Jose Concepcion, Tarlac (2021-2023)
• 1-storey Bungalow house at Santiago Concepcion, Tarlac (2022-2023)

Projects involved:

• 2-storey semi-detached house at 34 Ripley Crescent, Singapore - Provided assistance on detailed drawings, construction drawings, project management, site supervision and direct coordination with the owner, main contractor, sub-contractors and suppliers during the construction to the end stage of the project.
• 3-storey detached house at 24 Tan Kim Cheng road, Singapore - Assisted the team leader in the design and planning stage of the project through drafting, preparing submission drawings and design presentations.

• Supported the lead Architect in their daily tasks, reducing workload burden and allowing for increased focus on higher-priority assignments.
• Gained hands-on experience in various software programs, increasing proficiency and expanding technical skill set.
• Prepared project presentations and reports to assist the Principal Architect.

- Supported and assisted the Principal Architect for his current projects through drafting, designing and gaining hands-on experience on site.

- Facilitated in taking precise site measurements of an existing Christian church Interior project and providing As-built drawings for the project.
