· Responsible for the Joiner/Mover/Leaver process, onboarding and ensuring correct provisioning and access levels are provided.
· Provide day-to-day support for Microsoft 365 services: Exchange Online, Azure AD, Zoom and Microsoft Teams
· Assist in configuring and maintaining Microsoft 365 environments, including managing groups, security policies, and conditional access.
· Configure and manage Workspace ONE to facilitate secure device enrolment and ensure that all devices comply with internal security standards.
· Assists users with work requests and incidents from the Service Now tool, communicating progress until resolved.
· Collaborate with regional IT teams and external vendors to resolve issues and maintain system stability.

• Configure and Setup Control – M system value and Administer Control-M software requirements across multi-platform systems.
• Define and setup Job flow in Control-M across multi-platform systems (Mainframe, AS/400, Unix, Windows)
• Check daily job scheduled and liaise with Vendors on incidents and problems related to Control-M
• Liaise with teams on batch job setup requirements and also work with Business units on authorized adhoc requests.
• Assist in troubleshooting problems related to Control-M upon escalation.
• Provide support to ensure quality and stable environment to our clients.
• Create support documentation to reduce meantime to resolve issues.
• Flexibility and Availability to work for production support during early morning/late eve/ night hours and weekends.
• Responsible for Alert Monitoring and escalation (via HYGIE,CENTREON,SOLARWINDS,CONTROLM)
• Alert to ticket creating and ticket dispatching (management);
• Responsible for timely escalation of ticket to appropriate level;
• Operations, administration & support of the IT infrastructure environment.

• Take over and understand from previous shift, duly execute tasks and document relevant follow up for next shift

• Execute each applicable tasks diligently as per the given worksheet (so called Production Schedule) including, attend to console & MPLUS messages and escalate appropriately, handle Unicenter tickets, manage the common working mailbox and answer phone call, Physical Checking of Servers to ensure all servers are in working conditions
