• Work as a team to create Policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) improvements as recommendations for improving IT management.
• Prepare improvement performance report documents consisting of preliminary reports, intermediate reports, and final reports.
• Work as a team to communicate with clients to convey and seek advice in the process of preparing IT management improvements.
• Work as a team by auditing clients to ensure they comply with regulatory authorities such as OJK, Bank Indonesia, Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika Indonesia, or Badan Siber dan Sandi Indonesia.
• Work as a team to develop an Information Technology Strategic Plan for clients.
