  • Make sure all contracts file are updated and still valid.
  • Managing sales and customer information stored in database, filed documents, and other media which should be easily accessible by all sales people and the management.
  • Supporting salespersons in maintaining good relationship with customers.
  • Assisting Sales Person to prepare quotation, purchase order and invoice and follow up to the principal until the order comes to clients
  • Calculating commissions or other incentives for each Sales Person and get them reviewed by Finance Manager
  • Assisting Finance and Accounting department to prepare cheques.
  • Preparing monthly sales report
  • Tracking the goods to the principal and forwarder whether the order for customer has already arrived or not
  • Assisting accounting to collect the payment from customer.
