- Monitored outstanding spares demand and liaise with procurement on spares purchase. Also, in close contact with external repair contractors (i.e. ST Engineering & Lockheed Martin) for close monitoring of critical spares repairs.
- Managed KPIs on 3PL STAs. Working closely with them on warehousing, delivery push time and ensure collaboration does not drift apart with continuous feedback
