Accountable for overall management of global banking sales support and business-sales operations practice consisting of over 130+ resources across North America, LATAM, EMEA, DACH and APAC supporting banking frontline sales with lead to order through to order to cash activities lifecycle under DN’s new global banking sales operations function.
  • Led Global Support and Operations Business Transformation program as part of DN’s process efficiency and re-engineering mandate working with EY and Accenture consultants to implement and roll-out the change across Global Banking finance and sales operations. Savings contributed over USD4.4M to date.

  • As the organization has undergone multiple re-organizations and transformations in the past 4+ years, my team is involved with banking segment’s business transformation and change management initiatives across HR, Finance, Legal, Sales, external management consultants and various key stakeholders.
  • Manages and drives APAC organization goals, KPIs, objectives, business and sales operations e.g. Responsible and accountable for sales operations, sales support and sales enablement leadership and management in APAC. Drives business performance management, monthly and quarterly business reviews (MBRs and QBRs) with Finance across segment and cross-function lines of business. Owns SalesForce APAC administration, pipeline and opportunities hygiene and reporting and rolling out sales enablement process improvements and activities.
  • Owns and drives key DieboldNixdorf’s Shaping the Future strategic business transformation projects for Eurasia reporting to our Executive Leadership. These projects directly contribute to DN’s key levers for financial improvement and performance. Savings contributed to date ~USD10M.
  • Led APAC Banking Segment’s Frontline Sales Transformation program as part of DN’s strategic Shaping the Future global business transformation mandate driving USD5M savings. This program transformed DN’s salesforce, streamlining and digitization of sales processes and systems/tools with a key focus on improving customer experience.

  • Overall owner of APAC’s project management practice and also serves as APAC Leadership’s chief of staff type of function. A key member of the APAC regional leadership and management team and hosted weekly leadership meetings, monthly strategic reviews.
  • Responsible for the overall governance & delivery of projects and attainment of portfolio targets [Utilization, Budget, Margin, Revenue Recognition, Client Satisfaction & Referenceability; Change Requests, Invoicing] for Software Banking, Retail and Managed Services lines of business.
  • Led, optimized, and maintained the project portfolio delivered by 30+ professional project managers in APAC, delivering an average of 50 projects annually for a mixture of customers – global, regional, and local banks and retail customers in APAC average valued at over USD80M+.
  • Developed and implemented DieboldNixdorf APAC’s project management practice and project delivery methodology aligned to Project Management Professional [PMI-PMP]. The APAC PMO provides: project execution and support, project reviews and evaluation, training, and development, reporting and PM resource management and allocation.
  • Served and responsible for overall APAC Integration Leader/Single point of contact for the business combination and legal integration of Diebold and Wincor Legacy businesses in Asia Pacific covering 11 countries (e.g. consolidation of 23 legal entities); the exercise also includes rolling out the new APAC transfer pricing project, SAP implementation and HR remediation. Diebold acquired Wincor for USD1.5B in 2016.
  • The PMO portfolio is also responsible for delivering DN’s strategic and business transformation programs. Served as key leader and owner in driving APAC Strategic and Operational Improvement initiatives – Operating Profit, Efficiencies program for APAC leadership to meet APAC’s financial targets and KPIs.

Double-hat responsibility for regional resource development and management.

  • JPMorgan Chase Corporate & Investment Bank [Hong Kong/Singapore]: Compliance Regional PMO Manager, setup from scratch for APAC Compliance PMO covering 13 countries across the bank’s investment and corporate banking compliance practice.
  • Michelin SMPT [Singapore]: Change Management & Business Process Consultant for JD Edwards and OpenLink Endur ERP implementation for Michelin’s complex global in-house rubber trading business.
  • Diebold Asia Pacific [Singapore]: Set up and delivered a ready to launch and operate Regional Project Management Office to Diebold Services organization with PM methodology and toolkit, processes, policies, and maturity roadmap.
  • Medco Energi Indonesia [Indonesia]: Enterprise Project Management Deployment Lead & Project Management Consultant for Capital Planning and Development group covering their oil and gas assets including joint ventures.
