  • Overseeing Expansion of AYANA and Rimba Resorts
  • Responsible for the operation of the Rooms Division as Executive Assistant Manager of290 Room Resort and78 Villas representing the largest Division of Resort.

  • Senior Vice President of Operations facilitating Capella Hotel Group's recognition as #1 Hotel Group by Travel and Leisure for 2023 and 2024.
  • Ushered in an additional 3 Hotels achieving Forbes 5 star certification based on quality methodology. In addition to 4 Hotels achieving HACCP certification.
  • General Manager AYANA, awarding of the prestigious Forbes5 star rating for Villas in2017, one of only3 Hotels in Indonesia. In addition receiving over90% for service Excellence re-audit in2018.
  • General Manager AYANA facilitated record Hotel Revenues for2015,2016,2017,2018. GOP in excess of57% with over US$85 Million in total annual revenue.
  • Receiving in2017 the highest level of employee engagement in the History of the company and the history of Talent Plus who measures this data.
  • Record number of National and International awards received in2018, a total of70 for AYANA, RIMBA by AYANA and The Villas at AYANA
