- Assisting with job postings, screening of job applications, conducting of interviews and tests to shortlist candidates for full time & internship roles
- Scheduling interviews, and serve as the main point of contact for candidates & hiring managers at the interview stage
- Managing onboarding, offboarding and new hire orientation
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation
- Performing periodic audits of HR records and files to ensure accuracy & consistency
- Responding to employees queries about general HR related enquiries
- Providing support for employee benefits & welfare administration
- Coordinating and implementing changes in people related operations to support business growth
- Acting as a liaison with external benefits/systems providers and vendors
- Managing HR inventories & provides administrative support to the HR department and ad-hoc projects according to business requirements
- Assisting with monthly payroll, processing of employees claims, invoices payment & reconciliation
