Industry officer for TAE sector and managed the strategic partners for TAE programmes such as Workplace Trainer Programme, ACTA and Diploma in Adult Continuing Education (DACE).

• Completed mapping of Joint Commission International requirements against NDCS policies and practice. Managed the centre’s effort to achieve JCI accreditation - JCI is a clinical quality audit body. Worked with stakeholders to develop roadmaps, quality policy, review processes and conduct of internal audits, trainings and engagements.

• Completed the conduct of plant-wide training on process and manufacturing software
