• Identify and secure new sales opportunities for APAC and Thailnd market
(Cold calling and F2F).
• Thoroughly qualify every opportunity such as identifying customer pain points,
recognizing buy signals, and understanding the decision-making process.
• Serve as the primary person-in-charge for all day-to-day customer account management matters.
• Build, maintain, create strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Proactively call assigned accounts to solicit new business.
• Ensure the entire sales process is done with a high level of urgency and accuracy to exceed
customer needs/expectations: RFQ, quote, order processing, and fulfillment.
• Accurately document and update prospecting activity and new sales opportunities in our
propriety CRM.
• Drive and track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics.

• Welcoming guests, clients, and employees upon arrival, addressing inquiries, and directing them to appropriate personnel or departments
• Answering and routing incoming calls, taking messages, and handling correspondence such as emails and mail.
• Organizing appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings, ensuring all arrangements are efficiently managed.
• Assisting with data entry, maintaining office supplies inventory, and performing other clerical tasks as needed.
• Ensuring visitors sign in and out, issuing visitor badges, and coordinating with security personnel to uphold office security standards.
• Offering general information about the company’s services, location, and policies to visitors and callers.
