• Change old sensor of washer detector machine and replaced by fiber optic sensor
• Modify all the internal connections of control box for the production lane due to the replacement of the sensors
• Design jig for the oil displacement on bearing of reel using 3D graphic software
• Repair the power drills use for the reel production lanes
• Analyze the performance for each reel production lane and submit suggestions to improve the proficiency of the operators by the invention of the new jigs
