  • Christopher Tay graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Economics) Honours with a major in Management Studies from the University of London and an MBA (Hospitality & Tourism management) from Nanyang Business School, Nanyang Technological University of Singapore (both degrees with scholarships) and attained a Graduate Certificate in Business Research from the University of Newcastle, Australia. He is also a Chartered Marketer with the CIMUK and holds various graduate Diplomas; Graduate Diploma in Marketing from the Marketing Institute of Singapore, Advanced Diploma in Business Administration from Associations of Business Executives (United Kingdom) and a Graduate Diploma in Marketing, Chartered Marketing Institute of United Kingdom.
  • He also holds a doctoral degree in International Business from Paris, Horizons University. Attended Harvard Programme in Healthcare Leadership in March 2016. He was the Global Head Medical Services & Life Sciences of the Cyrus Global Group before serving in his present role as the CEO of APSN a Social Service Agency.
