Customer Operation Planner (Jan 2017 ~ current)
Duties:
· Key interface work closely with local plant customer accounts and international customers regarding product availability, delivery matter through email, WhatsApp, phone call.
· Support Sales and Marketing to ensure billing and invoices reconciliation.
· Establish good inventory management process and responsible for physical cycle counting process and reconciliation of inventory to ensure product accuracy so as to meet scheduled deliveries.
· In total there is 4 terminal yards consist of around 4000 TEUs, where key person managing of 3 yard consist of 20+ customer accounts in bulk of 20/40 feets container and bulk liquid tankers.
· Daily communication with external customers, internal CSR, 11 traffic controllers, prime mover drivers, 7 Kalmar operators consist of 2 shifts to ensure the cargo LOLO in FIFO manners.
· Update of inventory and location into UTMS and excel to prepare daily and monthly inventory reports on hand to management and customers to show the throughput overall inventory to be 100% accurately.
· Interaction with customers for their material planning to produce forecasts and models to estimate the future demand.
· With the inventory on hand and future forecast incoming, align with the external internal stakeholders to get data of cargoes belong to :
o What are the customer accounts?
o Which vessel going to?
o Which ports head to?
o What is the qualities of the lot
o The vessel eta for export
o Any tonnage different
o Any DG or special request
o When is the delivery date for local
From all this information gather, will plan 2 steps ahead to allocate the location of the cargoes to reduce double handling and maximum the whole yard fill up of storage capacity.

Operation Customer Executive
Duties:
· Manage a team of 3 Logistics Assistants to receiving / issuing of 1000+ SKUs (stock Keeping Unit) and storage of inventory accurately in double deep racking shelves.
· Daily communication with handling of 70+ accounts consist FMCG customers and globally customers to understand their requirement movement of goods and to arrange delivering total achieved 95% customer satisfied accurately.
· Update of incoming / outgoing inventory into WMS and excel promptly to ensure 95% accurately qualities and location.
· Carry out investigation of discrepancies stock balance and resolve transportation delivery mannerly.
· Reconciliation monthly / yearly stock inventory balance.
· Counter tally and closed all job order invoices accurately and submit for billing timely.
· Manage of bad stock returning and rework labelling
· Work with management to improve project flow as essential.
