• Responsible for performing material procurement for compliance with project application
• Review instrument and component specifications and costs to meet project requirement

• Oven PID Optimization

- Introduce automation by Implementing PID control system on manual production lines.

- Increase efficiency on labor output and save energy gas.

- Savings of 14.4% of gas (57kW) / RM5100 per month (each

production line)

• Oven Ducting Modification

- Maintain and reduce the loss of heat energy in steam.

- Modification of the ducting transportation process

Research & Development

• Immersion burner chemical coil cleaning

- Optimize the heat transfer rate of burner coil of the coagulant tank.

- Sourcing suppliers and choosing most efficient cleaning process.

Data Analytics

• Daily report updates on each ongoing project.
