Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare system specifications, technical specifications, requirement specifications, identify potential re-sources, prepare budgetary quotes and work with stakeholders. FRD document preparation to avoid the gaps between client and development team.
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily scrums, retrospectives, stakeholder meetings, and software demonstrations. Educate and reinforce scrum methodology and agile framework to team members and stakeholder
• Preparing & implementing strategies streamlining existing workflows to increase operational efficiency and reduce costs to the organization. End to End management of multiple projects and management of PI planning and product review sessions.

• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans, define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle. Ensure all the different tracks of the projects are executed coherently and in tandem with each other
• Review project deliverables and track schedules to ensure the project milestones are met as per planned dates. Responsible for project deliverables such as Project Schedule, Functional Requirements, SIT UAT and Production deployments.
• Ensure all System’s maintenance Projects are managed within SLA’s and ensure the monthly maintenance reports are created and submitted on time. Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
• Delivered Project needs on time within the agreed acceptance criteria in a hybrid methodology environment. Implement agile management ideas by facilitating exercises such as sprint planning and team leading stand-ups.
