• Worked with Primary 5 gifted education mathematics teachers to coordinate and share teaching strategies and assessment setting.

• Worked with colleagues to improve lesson materials for H1, H2 and H3 Mathematics.
• Involved in improving student outcomes by implementing Assessment for Learning strategies in classroom teaching.

• Collaborated with colleagues to refine curriculum standards and improve educational outcomes for all students.
• Helped some teachers to manage difficult students and to discuss ideas for different projects and feedback to give students.

National Junior College (January 2018 - current)

Mathematics and Computing Teacher

• Coordinator of H2 Further Mathematics (FM), involved in assessment setting and preparing materials for Assessment for Learning in class.
• Involved in setting of Varied Assessment for students in JC1 level, including one on linking of topics in H2 Mathematics and FM using big ideas.
• Worked with colleagues teaching FM in other schools to set the JC2 Preliminary examinations, was for one round the coordinator.
• Teaches H2 Mathematics, implementing strategies such as error analysis and constructivist approach to teaching.
• Involved in assessment of H2 Mathematics Varied Assessments over the years, including one that involves the use of Google Sheets to create code for various Vectors calculations that infused Computational Thinking.
• Completed course to add Computing as a teaching subject in 2022.
• Taught basic Python to Sec 3 students in 2023 and 2024, and taught a module to Sec 4 students to apply the Python code they learned in Sec 3 to solve problems.
• Mentored a group of Sec 3 students to take part in the Singapore International Mathematical and Computational Challenge.
