Developed further as a project superintendent from 2010 to 2013 managing a full team of specialist to construct drilling jack up platforms including commissioning of all systems for various operators such as Saudi Aramco, Jindal Drilling

Advanced into project management from 2013 to 2022 managing drilling semi-submersible/jack up platforms for operators such as Jindal Drilling and Petrobras as well as a renewable GBS converter station for Transmission System Operator, Tennet.

During period 2015 to 2019, was posted overseas to South America, Brazil in Rio de Janeiro to manage Petrobras fleet of semi submersible drilling platforms in BrasFELs.
