

I worked as a barista at M5 Coffee in Singapore from April 2024 to August 2025.
During this time, I prepared and served a wide range of coffee, tea, and specialty beverages, always following company quality standards. I operated espresso machines, grinders, and other brewing equipment with precision, and took pride in crafting drinks that looked as good as they tasted.
I provided friendly and attentive service to every customer, even during peak hours, ensuring they felt welcome and satisfied. I kept the coffee bar clean and well-organized, strictly following hygiene and safety guidelines. I also handled customer orders, managed both cash and digital transactions accurately, and helped monitor inventory, restock supplies, and maintain product freshness.
In addition, I developed strong skills in latte art and learned various brewing methods, which allowed me to cater to different customer preferences. I enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and I thrive when I can combine efficiency, creativity, and excellent customer service to create a memorable café experience.
