Studying biomedical sciences in a local university left me frustrated and unfulfilled, and upon serious reconsideration and interning in Hogan Lovells Singapore, I’ve decided to switch courses.
Since young, I have been actively involved in leadership positions, serving as the Head prefect of my Secondary School and President of the College Choir. I was also the Vice-President of the Biological Sciences Club from 2022-2023.
I am particularly interested in interning at Rajah & Tann because of the firm’s reputation as one of the largest law firms in Singapore. I am keen to learn more about China-related investment dispute resolution as it involves multi-jurisdictional litigation which I find engaging. Rajah & Tann also has a strong foothold on Competition and Antitrust and Trade, and I hope to gain more understanding on this area of law.
I hope that I will be given this prestigious opportunity to intern at your law firm that will undoubtedly help me build a strong foundation for a successful career in law.
