- New menu creation.

- Ensuring high-quality coffee and beverage.

- Managing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, and ensuring the smooth flow of service.

- Ensure proper operation of outlets.

- In-charge of re-designing and creating of new products.

- Taking part in orienting and training employees.

- Control cost by reviewing portion control and quantities of preparation.

- Improves quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes.

- Accomplishes recruiting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling and disciplining employees.

- Achieves operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.

- Liaise with Marketing Team for promotions and involve in R&D of new products.

- In-charge of setting up each upcoming branch.

- Act as the Store-in-Charge and supervise Baristas.

- Ensure proper operation of stores (follow tasks and SOPs).

- Responsible for stock taking and inventory management/ordering.

- Responsible for the supervision of Baristas.

- Maintain set standard of quality, service, product and cleanliness.

- Enforce standard operating procedures.

- Prepare hot and cold beverages such as cappucino, latte, coffee, espresso drinks and blended coffee.

- Ensure quality of coffee brewing.
