• Create and maintain training materials, conduct training for AS9100/ISO9001 standard requirements, Quality Management System awareness and internal auditor training.

• Lead team on resolving customer complaints, ensure customer success and stop customer downtime within targeted time frame.

• Lead RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) data collection from worldwide supplier and maintain site wide RoHS compliance.
• Identify and qualify alternate materials, drive for supplier quality improvement, as well as non-conformance material reduction.
• Investigate requests for deviations from established materials or suppliers and made appropriate approval or denial judgments.
• Documented physical and chemical properties of materials before, during and after completing standardized tests.
• Reviewed supplier proposals and materials and provided ongoing monitoring to maintain consistent supplies.
• Performed failure analysis on nonconforming material and recommended corrective actions.
