• SPD Take-A-Break Pilot Programme - Led the impact evaluation and presented findings to both SPD and SG Enable on the success of the pilot programme.
• NCSS Volunteer Management Capability Development (VMCD) – Main consultant in capability-building for SSAs in volunteer engagement. Delivered successful consultancy with Caritas Singapore in building foundation for future strategic movement of its Organisation.

• Collaborated with Social Service Agencies to co-create and deliver programs addressing the needs of persons with disabilities (PwDs).

• Led the SPD Take-A-Break 2.0 Pilot Respite Service Evaluation, assessing the impact of caregiver support services for families of PwDs.

Supported the design and implementation of National Youth Council's YouthTech Programme. The YouthTech Programme provide youths with a greater diversity of traineeship and internship opportunities in the social and community sectors, while allowing youths to gain specific training through the programme.

• Developed and Co-design topics in digital skills and career-wayfinding for youths
• Facilitated over 30 virtual training sessions and successfully engaged over 500 youths in the programme.
• Learned new materials, processes, and programs quickly.
• Participated in on-the-job training, working closely with supervisors and coworkers and asking appropriate questions.
