- Lead team to identify and develop strategic ICT&Smart Systems capabilities for the Govt. This includes putting in place structures, process, programmes and KPIs to operationalise the development of capabilities and working with other Science, Tech and Engineering Centres of Excellence in Government in areas of common interests.

This includes looking into the end-to end process of ensuring the validity, reliability, relevance of the framework, change management to onboard agencies to the framework and putting in place recommendations to address any competency gaps

- Lead team to establish an overview of the current stock and demand for the ICT&SS workforce in the Public Sector. This includes developing recommendations to better right size and right site the workforce and means to address the demand and supply gap.

- Lead team to understand the ICT&SS portfolio of agencies and to devise recommendations to benchmark the manpower needs of agencies.

- Lead team to review the Employees Values Proposition of the Public Sector Tech Workforce via a Service Design Exercise.

- Lead team to establish Public Sector ICT&SS Community with the aim to build sense of professionalism and to upskill the Tech workforce

• Works with stakeholders to develop the MOE’s MFDP, including the conceptualization of AI for Personalised Learning, Classroom of the Future and School of the Future -
• Drives inter-agency PoC on use of Distributed Ledger Technology for digital credential. PoC was successfully implemented and is now Project OpenCerts that is rolled out for all Autonomous Universities/Institutes of Higher Learning
• Drives PoC to redesign learning experiences and spaces. PoC was successfully implemented
• Conceptualised implementation approach, governance structure, resourcing, project timeline, activities and deliverables as part of secretariat of both Classroom of the Future and School of the Future teams
• Drives PoC on use of AI for Learning and Assessment. PoC successfully completed with AI being able to predict difficulty level of items
• Lead in the rationalization and conceptualization of new learning portal for MoE staff. Conducts user research, prepare use case for approval of funding
