Oversee the Operations (including HR) of multiple F&B outlets.

To lead and manage to setting up of new outlets.

Concurrently oversee 3 HQ departments; HR, Accounts and Facilities Management.

Oversees and manage the operations of 3 Cineplexes and 2 F&B outlets.

Participated and lead in the setting up of 1 new 6-halls cineplexes, introduced the self-ticket kiosk and full suite equipped 3-D sound for the entire cineplexes.

In March 2020, lead the company in implementing Contingency operation during the outbreak of Covid 19.

Achieved the military rank of Major, prior to leaving the organisation.

Participated and successfully completed numerous overseas exercise with multilateral Airforces' of other countries.

2002, participated in development of a Special Ops Group to handle counter-terrorist attack (like 911 incident) and successfully completed the attachment in this appointed.

In 2003, participated in the Contingency Ops planning and execution, during the SARS outbreak. And ensure the air protection of Singapore is undisrupted.
