• Contribute to firm's investment and modernization strategies in technology
• Represent the firm in global forums like World Economic Forum as Quantum Economy Co-Chair.

Responsible for research, teaching, and university service:

• Successfully won (competitive) research grants as lead Principal Investigator totaling $25 million USD from 2017 to 2022.
• Founding Quantum Architect for Singapore's National Quantum-Safe Network - Launched in 2021.
• Published more than 50+ peer-reviewed journal articles in prestigious journals like Nature, Nature Photonics, and Science Advances.
• Published more than 20+ patents applications
• Founded a Quantum Startup which raised more than $4 million USD for seed round.
• Research cited by Nobel Prize in Physics 2022.
• Led ISO Standards in Quantum Security Requirements
