Summary

I am a Subject Head leading in the areas of Science and Character and Citizenship Education. I am responsible to growing the competencies of the Science department, as well as to develop workplans that aim to grow students to be confident leaders of tomorrow. I manage a team of teachers who will deliver relevant and authentic teaching of science to the students across all secondary levels. I have worked with multiple stakeholders and liaised with external organisations to make teaching and learning authentic and relevant for students. I am also passionate in the area of developing the organisation and I am both a good team player and a leader skilled at inspiring a shared vision for a common goal. I prioritise a collaborative culture that fosters shared strengths to grow an organisation. I am a responsible and dependable candidate successful at managing multiple priorities with a positive attitude.
