• Manage & report SEO performance and optimization efforts on an ongoing basis

Responsibilities:

• Handle OD claim including Windscreen and Roadside assistance claims, Property Damage claims, Bodily injury claims and Travel Claims

• Support the Underwriters with marketing initiatives and adapt to the evolving market conditions to improve risk assessment.

• Negotiate and settle claims with third party solicitors, insurers, and workshops

• Reach direct settlement with claimants

• Check policy coverage and settle claim within the Authority Limit of up to S$60,000.00 with adequate reserve set

• Manage the adjustment of reinsurance and insurance claims up to given handling and settlement authority.

• To conduct claim file, revive every quarterly.

• Advise policyholders and claimants on claims related matters and settlements.

• Prepare and process claim payments

• Team leader with responsibility of mentoring, guiding, approving payments, and giving mandates below S$30,000.00 for settlement to fellow colleagues under my care

• Negotiate and settle claims with third party lawyers, insurers, and workshops
