I found the limit switch holding the stem to move 100% separate the limit switch serviced the switch then installed back at original position and performed manual stroke and informed control room to stroke its working fine then, I handed over to operation., During plant startup time, operation reported one of the flow DP transmitter always shows bad PV at DCS also it is a HCP pay meter, I attend that issue, found Transmitter side no issue, loop side has the issue. And then from local JB to marshaling cabinet did continuity check and megger check, then found cable was shorted somewhere in between JB to Marshaling Cabinet, it’s a 32 pair Cable there is 4 Spare be in available at JB and Then I informed my supervisor to Raise MOC, once got approval use the spare cable arranged the cable to correct TB and update the loop drawing and performed PSSR, tie in the cable in particular TB of the transmitter. Then verified HART loop check, Transmitter 5 point check then handed over to Operation., Knowledge in LPS -Exxon Mobil Safety Standard, Knowledge in applying LPSA for entire Job, Actively Participated in Safety Programs TBM & Submitting NLI, CAT 3 T1 Best Practice Permit Applicant -Exxon Mobil, Knowledge in SAP -Updating Work Order and Notification Closure, Electrical safe working practice – Exxon Mobil, CPR + AED Trained, Parker autoclave trained
